Seen this guy a LOT lately. Older style dodge neon, hunter green. Looks stock.

Red vinyl across trunk that says PhillySCCA. Anyone know him?

I don't know about the # of doors since I am usually following him, but it definitely had a hood and a trunk.

Its actually a she if its the same person i'm think of. Lives about three blocks from my house and also has a Mini.

i think your right, it is a 2 door. and im pretty sure its black and green
