If you get into polishing, try Menzerna. I've tried them all and Menzerna is the best (with my pc and makita.) You should've picked up the larger bottle of ONR. That stuff is awesome!

That's a lot of stuff!! haha nice collection.
Chris from Glimmer Glass was nice enough to talk my newbie self through what I'll need when I finally buy some stuff to take car of my car's paint. I'll probably be simple with a clay bar, and poorboy's polish, EX-P sealant and wheel wax. Boring.

It is great stuff for a dark car and im sure it is just as good on a light car. If you apply it lightly with a foam wax pad and let it haze(10min) it is easy to remove and has virtually no dust. If you prepare the car properly the depth it provides is amazing.

You're supposed to treat it more like a glaze by applying then almost immediately buffing. Autogeek has a video of the proper Souveran procedures up on youtube. I used to let it haze and the depth sucks compared to the immediate buff method. The longevity of it lasts just as long, too.

Are you using paste or liquid?

Are you using paste or liquid?Paste. The liquid is so wasteful (IMO.)

I have used both and the Liquid Souveran is my favorite for time in multiple thin coats. From what I've read the paste will give better results but I haven't noticed it. Pretty much it boils down to what works for you and how the car reacts to it.

lol, JP, you know my habits of anal-ness. I have levels of drying (the first being water dispersion, lol), and obviously levels of "man, I should go do that again!"
