i have a billet grill and a billet chevy bowtie emblem and was interested in tinting them if there is such a thing. i want to keep the chrome look but i want it to look smoked kind of. can you do this? or maybe even spray a light coat of clear black if there is no such thing as tinting.

you could use VHT nightshades its like spray tint idk if it would keep it billet but it would deff give it a darker tint they sell it at Drivers Choice and **** for like 10 bucks for a can

you'll have to get some paint, say... testors and thin out the black so that it gives you a tinted look. A couple coats of clearcoat would help protect it

I do carry a black tint powder coat but I personally do not like it at all. Seems to have a brownish tint. Your best bet is to have the items coated in a color I have or VHT it. I do carry a gray metallic which is like a chrome with a slight tint shade of gray/gunmetal. If you want to stop by the shop sometime I can show you the sample.

i got a couple questions. does it matter if my grill is brushed alluminum? if i got it powder coated would it be smooth or still have the brushed texture to it? how much would it cost to get my grill and emblem powder coated black? thanks

I would have to see it before I could answer this question. Most brushed aluminum does not show after being powder coated. Stop by the shop sometime so I can take a look. The grill must be metal to be powder coated. 215-295-4350
