try using window cleaner, like stoners or something... ive heard that works... if not try one of those "bug sponges" ... or u could revert to using more elbow grease.. ive always been able to get bugs off with enough determination.

im just bummed bc i paid 900 dollars for this bumper last month and its only a month old and its completely destroyed by just a few highway runs. it needs a professional, not idiot me with a twitchy hand and brake-clean

brake clean!?? omg be careful man... it just needs a little tlc. no bug is too tuff for the products available on the market
Yeah scratch the brake clean, I am suprised bug and tar remover didn't do it.. these bugs must be imbeded into that bumper.

Use a light solvent like Goo Gone and a soft spounge or micro-fiber pad. Be sure to wet first then wash/wax afterwards. If you keep enough wax on the car the guts spray right off.

I can relate. You know how bugs are attracted to light? Have you seen the front of my car?
I use a little Goo-Gone or some Goof-Off. Usually does the trick.

I've always had luck with those "bug sponges" that have the white netting around the sponge. They worked amazing on my show-car a few years ago that has a pretty flat front end that catches every bug around. Don't use bug and tar remover on new paint. I've had it take off paint a few times, and now I just use it only wheels.

I usually use my nails to scrape them off...nasty but it works

If you really want to spend the money, go take it to Chuck over at Bonehead Performance.
He'll get the car poppin' for ya. His detailing service is great...and cheap!

Insurance, It will be covered under comprehensive which shouldn't affect your premium. I had several claims in the past for vandalism and natural causes and it never affected my premium. Good luck getting her fixed!
