I believe they are 18mm. Just go to PepBoys(or your parts store of choice) and look at the most common size.
A word of warning, you will need to drill them out to get the end of the 02 sensor in there. If I remember correctly, it is 1/2".

Also, get the flat faced ones, not the tapered seat ones. ;)

thanks, yah i knew the 1/2 portion but not the tapered thing. Now seeing how I need to drill it out, im assuming i need to thread it once im done? I need 2 of them right?

No tapping required. All you are doing is making room in the middle for the tip of the 02 sensor. You could probably go a bit bigger than 1/2" too, I think I was getting "insufficient flow" codes in the EVO. Just don't go any bigger than the area the threads are in. It'll make sense once you have them in your hands.

You could also splice a resistor inti the feed wire of the 02 sensor. Just another option.

how the heck do you guys pass emissions? Honestly, I'm seriously curious. I've heard horror stories from South jersey guys about minimal mods, let alone no cats.

On an AWD vehicle they only run an OBD2 scan to see if the computer is reading OK. It has gotten easier since we can play with computers and such.

;)

Not having a AWD testing center is good in my book

mike, I couldnt find non taperd anywhere, so I just baught some 18mm non foulers. It looks like it makes a tight seal, is it really going to matter that much?

It shouldn't as long as there is a crush washer in there.

so much for that job, All the bolts were rusted to hell. 4 bolts took me over 3 hours and 4 busted knuckles. Time to get pulled over.
