What is the maximum part size you guys can bake?

I have my intercooler that I'd like done, but it won't fit in most ovens (like my buddie's who did my other stuff) Intercooler occupies a 38" X 20" X 12" box including piping.

If you can handle this, could you please give me a quote to shoot powder and bake this with Columbia Chrome (1 coat, no clear)? I can provide powder if necessary, but it must be this specific brand and color to match other pieces.

Intercooler will be supplied bead blasted and masked (core areas only) to you so no prep work on your part. I would assume responsibility for any defects with respect to prep.

Intercooler goes until next coupler on all 3 pipes

This wouldn't be a problem fitting in the oven. I can give you a better estimate once I see it in person. Figure around $100 or so.
