A Smart Car

ZeriousTT and I saw a Smart Car driving around Philly over the weekend. I think we were on bainbrigde in the vicinity of 9th. Anyone see this thing around? I didn't know they were here yet, didn't think they arrived till 2008.

I felt in love with those things when I first saw 'em on my trip to Spain. They were all over, all colors and styles. Great for gas. That's about it, but cool none the less.

Actually, that one isnt a smart...its a VW..Smart is made by Brabus, a.k.a. mercedes

I think in any car, the survivability is minimal in a head on collision with a big rig. That is some crazy **** though.

I saw one last week crossing over Rt. 1 in Springfield. I think it was the same color scheme as one in the picture.

I have also seen them around in NYC and in Philly and a couple months ago I was cruising next to a burgundy one on 476. The official release date isn't set until some time in 2008 but there are some around.

I saw the maroon/burgundy one coming off the turnpike a few weeks ago. I was on the onramp going in. It was the entrance/exit to get to the philly racetrack

i saw one at the end of the summer lat year in fairless hills. I talked with the guy a little about it. It's a cool car. I'd take a fit over it if i was looking for that sort of vehicle, but they are pretty fun looking.
