I went for inspection today, and it failed emissions cause my sensor is somehow not setup correctly, what way shiould it be? All I have is the intake, but idk any other way that the sensors should be setup?

Make sure it is in the exact same position as the stock sensor is in.
Also, no resistors, or other IAT chips.

Im pretty sure the stock sensor is in the box? Theres no sensors in the IT pipe itself.

I was changing injectors today and when i was putting it back together, I noticed the Hard plastic sensor line was cracked in half. But idk if it was like that before or after.
