Is there anything to be done if someone intentionally tries to force you off the road or out of your lane. I ask cause my fiance and me almost got taken out by a speeding (had to be doing 85-90mph as she rolled up to us) 18-20yr old girl who was trying to pass us on the right but she was coming up on some slower traffic and my fiance was gently accelerating just to close up the hole so she didn't get cutoff. The girl that was trying to pass us got maybe a 1/4 car length ahead of us then looked right at me dead in the eyes three times before she just hard cut to the left. Good thing I have good brake pads (hawk hps are a life saver) and I taught my fiance how to handle a braking situation like that cause literally she was about 3 inches from hitting us. This isn't a little cutoff job cause 3/4 of her car was still right next to me. After she almost took us out she proceeds to fly and I mean fly doing what had to be 110mph and also cutting off almost five other motorist as I follow her to get her plate number. i did get the plate, make, model and what the driver looked like. I just want to know if there's anything I can do. At least if I can get someone off the road that surely will kill somebody I'd feel better.
