candy orange paint?

hey 2nrs whats up :finga:

i wanna know if any one has or knows of a car thats painted candy rust orange. this guy from Jims Auto body in aston mills, Josh, is doing my paint job on my lancer i got tired of the red and the paint had to go so im probably changing it to this Candy Rust Orange. he used to have an Mr2 painted the same color (hes using the left overs , a gallon, to paint my car of course he wouldnt be using all of it). His Mr2 was hot fully bagged and everything was molded custom widebody, and if u lived in the area of brookhaven glen mills west chester or Chi chester u probably have seen it before. i was just wandering if any one had pics of a car painted tat actuall color so i could check it out a lil more. Its similar to the orange rust color on sum new nissans and dodge dakotas from what he showed me of the color but this is a candy paint HIGHER quality and a ISH load of more pearl he said "the paint is nuttin but pearl basically". i hope the color looks right on my ride i guess its a big change going from candy red to candy rust orange and im just afriad :eek: wether it will look good or not. it should hopefully when i get it back (4th of july) i will have my evo front seats to match the back and ill be ready for tuner fest the next weekend :supz: but yeah anyway if u guys got pics of cars that color candy rust orange post them please ohh and your opinions on the color and whatever are welcome :thumbup:

I have a jet ski painted with the GM orange. This is a bad pic but it looks awesome in person. Best color evAr!

people can be jealous i already get that enough when i drive my car .... i was coming down the blue route yesterday driving slow cause everything on my car was primered and i had people rollin next to me staring , giving thumbs up, screamin nice car! what color you painting it? lol so i know from before when it was red, now when it is primer and orange when its done im going to have people jealous. JEALOUSY IS EVERYWHERE. on the EvoM forums when i first posted about my cars there were so many people who liked it then there were so many people who trashed me cause i was the only one at the time and first so to them people even to this day i give them :finga: IDC!but hey the paint is really expensive i have yet to see a lancer in a pearlescent orange (only seen a flat stage one orange painted one) so i know it will add up some extra points in the future :thumbup: lol but yeah any more pics i know its a rare color but my plans are to reveal it first at Tuner Fest on july 9th at Wildwood Convention Center.... Hopefully im the only U.s. Model lancer there ;) that would alsp help but there not like theres alot of them hooked up to begin with i mean there dawgs when it comes to going fast lol BUT I STILL SMOKE ZC AND SOME D SERIES MOTOR HONDAS :banana:

I live in teh area... ASTON, I've seen the MR2.. paint isn't bad but car is gay as ****. Just my $.02 Well, maybe just the driver.

u might be mistaken on the MR2 though because there is also another orange one arround latley but its sum highschool kids car with just a mufler.... this guys car (my painter's) was not no ordinary Mr2

by "not a normal MR2" i ment his car was
Air bagged, had 18's, non flip up headlight conversion, 240sx taillight conversion, fully molded custom chopped widebody, dual Air scoops,and tons of other **** including this custom paint he had made (that is also going to be the same color as my car, the reson i said candy orange is because that was the main color mixxed with the rest of the pearls) so basically this Mr2 stood out in the crowd of the res of the MR2's i have ever seen in my life before and sice that guy that lives in Aston says he has seen it and thought it was gay i think he's B/s'in :banana: cause its a preeety crazy ass looking ride and really hard to figure out what it is at times because of the conversions and custom kit.maybe the guys even jealous cause hes stuck still driving his first car his dad (joe dirt) gave him back when he was 16...... :lol:

The TurboTrix Evo is orange. I'm not sure if it is the same color you are painting yours, but it does look really nice. I'm sure there are pictures on their website. I'm not sure exactly what their web address is though.
