It just might be a Vac leak or pulley. It goes away when you rev it. Is the pulley alligned? What is your Vac at idle?

Certainly sounds like a blown bearing to me, and I would almost say it is the main ball bearing in your SC, right by the pulley.
There probably is a reason that it became bad too, probably a thrust load caused by pulley mis-alignment

vac is -20 at idle
Looks to be a little high but might be normal. Do you hear any boost leaks? If not I would look at into mechanical problems.
dont know what a boost leak would sound like
I would have to agree with wgknestrick. My speakers here at work make that sound like a metal on metal sound not a hiss.

best way to check for the vacumn leak is to smoke test the intake system, as far as the bearing noise its hard to tell on the video but some superchargers are that noisy

yeah they are allens. just go to pepboys and buy an allen wrench kit. i got the feeling they would eventually needed to be retorqued, due to how thin the aluminum manifold is.
