Ok I'm very new to tuning and have a few questions for you guys. I just bought my tactrix cable and I am ready to install my mods and get a Jestr Flash. Spring I am going to Ivey for a professional tune.
I am purchasing Evoscan and on their site it says it supports the AEM UEGO wideband for logging. Anyone doing this? How do I hook up the WB to the computer?
Also ECUflash? what do I need to flash the car besides the tactrix cable?
I am using a HP dv8000 laptop if needed.

I've got the tactrix w/ LC-1 with EvoScan and EvoFlash.
LC-1 running with EvoScan throws out some whacky results so i use the log works for as much as i can.
The Wideband should be able to connect to your computer via USB or Serial cable. UEGO though, i'm not sure what connections it has, i'm sure it can connect to your computer some how, but i know that most of those kits come w/ the gauge.
EvoFlash, nothing is needed besides tactrix cable. You can put it on your laptop now and go out to the car and download your rom and just start checking it out.

I wish! I just read I need to modify a USB cable to go to 2 pins on the UEGO with a serial converter thingy? But it was wrote by someone who must know everything about the AEM. I am lost!
Edit: If you know how to make a cable! I'll pay you to do it.
