SRT4 Body Parts on a first gen?

How well do parts from an SRT4 like the wheels, the spoiler, the hood, etc work on a first gen?

i know I'll undoubtedly get made fun of for it, but I really wanna put a SRT4 wing on my car, if there is some Frankenstein-esque way to do it, get a front grill and hood.

the srt4 wing will bolt on the rims bolt right on ..get a blitz front bumper coilovers and youve got a nice looking first gen:thumbup:

Ha, by bolt on, you mean I need to do some drilling.. but it measures up, is what you're saying? Like, the width of the decklids on SRT4s and 1st Gens are about the same, or enough for the wing to fit?

Happen to know anyone with a wing for sale?

ya it measures up.. the rims bolt up .. what color wing are you looking for

couldnt you just get a spoiler from a Neon R/T they look similar to the srt-4 ones..

hood wont fit, fenders wont fit bumper wint fit trunklid wont fit. wheels will fit as long as you have the 5x100 lug pattern some 1st gens came with 4 lugs.

wing will fit on the 1st gen trunk but it will look like poo poo pooo since it wont flow with the body lines!

I would rather have the 2nd Gen RT wing on a 1st Gen Neon!

Anyway, to be honest I was playing the old NFS Underground game, and they had this wing that looked basically like a midpoint between the supra wing and the SRT4 wing, a little of each, and it looked really good on the car. I'll have to find one and hold it in place to see how it looks.

So far as teh color, any color really. I'm gonna try and paint my car soon so I'm gonna get whatever body kitting I need to put on it, and then whatever wing I am gonna put on it, then I am gonna go get it painted.

I do have four doors.

I still think the SRT4 wing looks pretty swank on a old Neon. I may have to find someone like I said who had one and put it on and see what it looks like. If it looks awesome, then I'll go with it and if it looks like crap like you said then I won't do it, haha.

I definately think that RT wing looks like crap though. Even on the new neon, let alone a first gen.
