Whats so special about it...my grandfather had a volga 47 and a volga 51 or 52 back in ukraine (i think)

Looked like this, but was 2 tone beige body, and everything on top of the bottom of the windows was black

It's not meant to be special...The headlights are Odd though...Amber??

It looks like there is a plastic cover or a film on them...look closer near the grille. You can kinda see something it looks like saran wrap

Its a headlight cover...but I wanna know why it's Amber.

to someone who was born in the east, no its not special. but for those of us from the west its something new to look at. yes they are covers, no i dont know why they are amber. these people do goofy things. they were off the next time i saw it.

Sadly, it reminds me of a Deawoo lol. I suppose you are right. My grandfathers was RWD i believe on a 4-speed manual with the shifter in the dash (like older oldsmobiles have it right behind the steering wheel)...talk about discomfort. Was only a 4 cylinder but had crazy kilometers on it.

i remember hearing about these cars when i used to live in the mother land, but i was too young to care, kinda neat seeing a pic of one, brings back memories.

I saw those stupid cars when I was over in Iraq.. the weirdest car I saw over there was a CRX.. but they all drive opels with those ugly colors..
