Im in advertising class, this is what college students think.

So we are doing a little excercise/ focus group. Basically we shout out a car and then the class shouts out words that they think describe it with words. The words with the (me) next to it means i said that. Oh and i was first to shout out a car, impreza ofcourse. This is a projective technique used by marketing/ ad firms to see how their advertising is effecting a group of individuals. Just thought I would share and maybe the rest of you could give your input. I laughed at quite a few. The drug dealer comment I made got me a few hard stares lol.

you gotta keep in mind it sounds like a lot of those people arent 'car' people.


Its like, if you yell out 'miata' everyone who knows nothing about cars is gonna say stuff like-

when in reality, car people know that miatas handle like a mofo and make insane autocross and track cars. It doesnt surprise me that nobody knew what an impreza was or even who made it.
