Coolant hoses, throttle cable (not sure if a 92-95 civic one would work...maybe, I'm basing this question off that it's an EF), Exhaust manifold of some type. Hmm. Not sure what else.
What car is it going into?

You need a B-series transmission. You'll also need a del sol vtec A/C bracket if you plan on keeping A/C. Hopefully you have an OBD-1 B-series swap. You'll need to add the necessary Vtec wiring, knock sensor, and IAB if you have a GSR, UNLESS you have a 1992 Civic. That was the only year they had the Vtec wiring prewired into the harness that runs into the firewall. Regardless, you'll have to add the knock sensor and IAB for GSR.

sounds good... but in the future you should be more specific if you want more specific help.. such as what kinda miounts do you have? same goes for shift linkage, axels, ecu, what obd motor... this will all help you.. but assuming you have the correct ones for this swap i would say everything looks good.. and like highmile hatch said you will need to wire up your vtec, and knock and if it is gsr i am not sure if the stock eg throttle cable will work.. you might need to use a gsr one.. but all and all it looks okay
