P0410 - Secondary Air Inj System Malfunction??

i went and had my cel code read today and it came up with p0410, Secondary Air Injection System Malfunction. i dont know much about cars, hardly anything actually but does any body know what that means in more detail? or maybe what could be involved with the fix.

Air check valve 90% sure. Those compressor engines have them. It was most likely do to the cold start. The ECU looks to the O2 sensor and if that Air check valve hangs up it will throw that code. It shoul be on the right side there somewher I remember reading once that they get some moisture in them and freeze up. Clean it out and reset the code. This code will probably only show it face on a cold start day

Alot of the times on vehicles that code means the Air Pump is not functioning properly but if I remember correctly the compressor engines dont use an Air Pump they use the compressor for that. Do a little reaserch on the Mersades Boards Im almost positive it will turn up somthing. Air Injection Check Valve is my guess though

Check a couple pages in you'll see the set-up for a supercharged vehicle. You'll the see the drawn lines pointing to the check and shut valves. Take them off and clean them up. Youll most likely find debris. Clean them and reset the code
