I'd love to race you. You'll win, probably by about 50 car lengths, but I want to hear that SRT at full throttle.

And pics not supported.

You owe me a ten second car, not a ten minute car.

Yeah, you'll have to tow it across the line, or push it.

Wait.

2JZ engine, sh1t.

I retract my previous statement.

This will decimate all, after you spend like 10 grand. Overnight parts from Japan.

ok...that sounds more in the ballpark. an rb would just be no traction at any point.

we purchased the chasis already built. the car with a prior owner ran 9's that was a m ildly built sr20 still using stock ecu. we are building a crazy sr20 plus running a standalone with it

its funny you mention that, we will probbably continue to use phantom grip, i have been using it for a long time on my srt and love it.

Heck I'd race you if I ever got my car done and had some free time. I'd probably lose but I'd like to see how I could do.

I'll race you tomorrow night on foot (since the car doesn't have a motor in it ;) ).

That should be interesting when it's done.

I've heard that there have been problems on the SR20DET with the water pump cavitating and not providing adequate cooling at high RPM's. Is that true (hoping you'll know, since you're building the motor), and how do you fix it? It would affect you, since you'll be running High RPM high load for racing?

Sorry, just a clueless mustang guy :)

I have seen issues on the other sr20's the ones on the rwd cars, i dont see that being a problem on this car since we will have to upgrade the cooling system anyway
