I've been lurking around these forums for a few months so I figured it was about time to say "Hi" to everyone. I live in the Lansdale area and own an '88 Conquest TSI. I've owned the car for over 3 years and it's been pretty much undergoing constant repairs/upgrades. I rebuilt the motor last winter and this beginning this past winter I began upgrading the intake/fuel system/turbo/intercooler. Finally, in the next 4-5 weeks it should be back on the road and I can't wait to drive it again.

Here is some info on my car:

- Engine -
Rebuilt, balanced, with "balancing shafts" removed
Wiseco forged pistons
New: crank, rods, timing chain, oil pump, water pump, starter, and alternator
Fidanza aluminum flywheel
A/C removed
"Magna" MPI intake w/ 750cc injectors
Custom "log" header
GMC Syclone/Typhoon TDO6-17C turbo
Isuzu NPR FMIC (20" x 14" x 2")
Blitz BOV
"Joe P" MBC
Turbo-back 3" mandrel bent exhaust w/ Magnaflow muffler
Hawk fully programmable fuel/ignition ECU
Zeitronix Wideband O2 sensor w/ display
MSD 6A ignition box
Magnecor wires

- Suspension -
Ground Control coilovers w/ custom Eibach springs
KYB AGX 4-way adjustable shocks
Rear camber plates
F/R Strut braces

- Interior/Electronics -
Momo Jet steering wheel
Defi Display/Computer/Boost gauge
Custom carbon fiber dash inserts
1G DSM shift knob
JVC 3-disc cd changer headunit

That's about all I can think of at the moment. I'm hoping to have it back on the streets sometime in July and I'd like to get it out to one of the meets before the end of the summer.

Nice ride. There was a guy selling one around the corner, same color and everything. I thought about picking it up, but decided I already have too many toys.

Welcome to the club. :partyman:

My friends brother had an 88 Starion, however, it was a huge piece of crap. Sat in fornt of his house for 2 years. Finally I know what a clean, running one looks like. Welcome, and hopefully I'll see you at the meets.
