Tint

just got pulled over 10 minutes ago in mall PL for passing a guy, (it was his fault) but i really didnt do it safely. so he pulled me over said i cant be doing that (and i am thankful he didnt give me a ticket.) so than he told me my tint was illegal, which i dont really agree on. i dont know my tint percentages but heres the pictures

A) problem is i dont know how dark it is

B) that is so retarded y-tf should trucks have no rear window tint limit? they are the ones with the Fuxing headlight 5 feet in the air shining in my window. not viseversa.
