Ughh just finished dropping the subframe today, I'm a waste of life now. The engine is from Marco at SR20Store in Cali. It was a lot cheaper without the S15 transmission and I didn't have to worry about speedometer issues with the wiring. I was hoping on getting a S14 motor but there weren't any 'good quality' ones in stock so I got the S15 Spec-R motor with S13 tranny for the price of an S14 motor, can't beat that. I think it was $3200 shipped to my door if I remember right.

I'll post some pictures tonight or tomorrow.

Sean, not sure if you remember me but I talked to you before about the HKS BOV kit for your car and took a few pictures of the way my hotpipe setup is in my Nissan for you. Anyway, good numbers on stock MAF and injectors!

Yea I def remember, I got rid of the HKS, found a recirculation tube, and went with the EVO MR bov recirculated. Car runs so much better after recirculation.

Im surprised your maxing out your MAF so soon. I was able to make 290whp/310 tq on my stock S14 SR MAF. Maybe the dyno readings are a bit different. Oh well.

nice car, and thanks for posting some dyno sheets.

i would put the car back to stock boost asap if i were you. you are running VERY lean at 15psi. it so bad, that you could blow the motor after just one run with it like that.

sean350z

Well I don't really run it at 15psi, but this weekend when dropping the subframe I noticed that my exhaust had a leak at the cat which could have been the accounting for the lean reading b/c they had a tailpipe sniffer reading my A/F's. So in a way I was happy to see the leak, but come spring I'm getting 550cc injectors and a Z32 and a bung welded to my downpipe to get a better A/F reading and better tune.

Race the piss out of it...That and probably get a nice seat, steering wheel, possibly a cage. But I need to start saving my money for a down payment on a place.

in theory...

but not really, i have never seen one break before 600whp, and even then, any tranny can go, 6spd, 5spd or auto lol

i have never seen one break before 600whp

because most people who drive hard (real track use) know not to waste the money on the weaker (s15) tranny...

s15 trannys are for winning points at hardparking shows

anyway, nice car

You will have a reliable 300hp with the proper squirters and maf. I heart s15 turbines

Have you tracked that brake setup yet? I was just wondeirng how you felt about the balance since I think a z33 front and z32 rear will alter your f/r bias similiar to how putting z32 fronts with stock rears w/ a Z32 MC alters the bias twards the front on my car, which I can't stand in a drift setup. I'm thinkin of going to a q45 setup since drift cars don't need serious brakes.
