Finally something for you SRT4 guys, after several months of designing, building, screwing up, and building again, the SRT4 sheetmetal intake manifold is complete. We finished up all the testing tonight, thanks a bunch to the guys at RT Tuning for letting us use their dyno, and helping us tune!!! These will be available for sale within the next 3 weeks or so, we now just have to finish machining all the parts for about 20 manifolds to start. I will let you know as soon as they are up for sale. Here is a sneak peak:

have you done any testing on a stock turbo car at this point in time?

No sorry we havnt, to be honest I dont think youll benefit much from this intake with your stock turbo. It just doesnt flow enough from what ive seen. Maybe if we made a "street version" with a smaller plenum like our DSM manifold, you might see a few HP on the stock turbo. Other then that I really cant say for sure.
Thanks,
Jim

He hasn't posted anything about the gains last I know of, or am I missing something?

Click on the link and there is a dyno graph.
I'm wondering though, what the tune is on the .50 trim is that your test car has. Low 300's are a very low # for any .50 trim on an SRT-4. Most are hitting high 300's low 400's with a relativly conservative tune with all of the bolt ons. Also what are the modds of your test car?

You also have to remember that these are SAE corrected numbers. A lot of people like to post the uncorrected dyno numbers which are always higher. Uncorrected the car did 350hp with the stock intake, and 379hp with the sheetmetal intake. Basically the machine takes into consideration the weather and some other factors, then calculates a corrected #. For more info on this you can read the article from Dynojet:

I dont have a graph of the A/F's but it was right around 11.9 for the most part. A little on the lean side be we kept it under control.

Tell Victor to stop changing his projected setup everday, and we will get the car done! haha :) Actually he wants to do a cage now and some other things now so the car wont run for awhile.

nice short runners on that baby. bet the top end gains are spectacular. whats the runner length if you dont mind my asking? I have an old venom intake manifold for my next project that im looking to have cut down for high rpm power. thanks,

Well the runners are actually a 45° bend, but the linear length is about 5.5".
