north jersey tint shop....need help!

any one know of any that wont try to rip my head off on cost? so far the cheapest i found is 225 but i can go to ny and get it done for 150....im looking to stay relatively local for it....any one know of any good ones?

Car Pretty is a registered vendor on teh site and they do really good tint work from what i've heard. are you willing to drive south a bit for it?

only if its really worth it to me....but then again if i get hooked up i have a big mouth and i am a regular member on many forums....i have plenty of respect on them as well so im sure i can coax allot more business out of people....im sure you noticed a few more rotaries pop up in here since you found me riding up 17 in jersey :mrgreen: ...the only real issue for me is i would have to drive down there....wait 2-3 hours minimum then drive home....and im a smoker so i wont be able to roll my windows down...i need help!

lol so am i, its not a big deal just stop smoke a cig get back in. car pretty did 2 of my cars and every time it was a good job.

Car pretty does real nice work, worth taking the ride. ive had a couple of my cars, and family and friends done there and its always perfect.

I forget the name of the shop, I know a few people whom have it done by them and love it (and some are ultra anal)...

It's in Jefferson Township on Route 15 North. If you know where the Jefferson Diner is, it is the Texaco Station just after it. They have a guy from NY that comes in and does tints (in addition to them doing window replacement). They use SolarGard tints.

Keep in mind... It is illegal in New Jersey to have any tint on the front windows.

My beater VW will be getting some Huber Optik tints...top of the line ceramic tint

My friend...he is an anal engineer.... is extremely satisfied with his SolarGard tint and that shop in North Jersey

yeup for subarus this is the only guy people go to in jersey...he really does excellent work and stands by it always

i got mine done at The Tint Shop on Rt 1 in Edison....sick job...not as nice as Car Pretty but close...i compared it so subwrxkid's car and they are both amazing jobs....i would definitely pick either of the two....it cost me $200 for all my windows...they warranty all their tint and all of it is from 3M.
