Wow thats really weird and I'm kinda surprised that any state would let you get a vanity plate that says drug.

And I agree I think its supposed to say "Drug Test"

It's funny you post this because last night me and a couple freinds were watching Mind of Mencia and he did a skit trying to show how the DMV wouldn't let him get a vanity plate that said anything racist, but when he called back a second time and asked if the plate "wetback" was available the lady checked and said yes sir it is. Just thought it was funny.
