i believe the headlights tend to rattle the bumper a bit in the down postion, so he put them up a little so they dont. i think thats what he means...

oh....you just swapped a 91-94 bumper on instead of the pignose? I like my pignose thank you very much!

He deleted the intake openings on the bumper " the pigion nose" and he did it without useing a 91+ bumper. thats what he ment and what he did.

yehai just thought it would be cool to take out the pignose vents that all i still need to pain the rest like the lip and stuff
