Solid Motor Mounts

Hey guys and girls,
I was thinking of installing solid motor mounts in my '05 2.5. Is it a hard install....will it hurt anything.....and finally, is it worth the time and trouble?:help:

On an altima? Why? If you want it to be stiffer, just get poly mounts, I'm sure energy makes them. Unless it's a race car, but then just refer to my first question.

Solid mounts? If this is a daily driver, bad idea.

I have an 06 2.5s and there is no need for a N/A car to get solid mounts. Just get some ES MMI's and you'll be good.
