View Full Version : Yellow T-Rex?

Tonight on the way back to NJ I left the toll both hard over the turnpike bridge and I see what looks like a dune buggy "lights" coming up fast. He stays behind me over the bridge. So I slow down to see what the heck this thing is. As he passed I seen a cross between a street bike rear end with a car/dune front end. It had twin pipes like a street bike and said T-Rex on the back end. I've never seen anything like it. It was totally BA. The driver couldn't be seen eventhough it had open sides. I guess he was laying down cause it was long and short. I tried to get a pic but it was too dark. Any ideas??

EDIT: I found a pic but it looked alot better than this. It was custom!

yea i saw a red one in florida when i was on vacation...before that i never heard of them and it was the sickest little thing ive ever seen on the street, completetly un expected when it comes up on you...i heard they cost close to $100k to get one made but idk for sure

I saw a show on that a little while ago. Jay Leno was the biggest factor into getting those started. I'll see what I can find.

They are a Compagna T-rex. There is a dealer in north jersey. They are fun as hell to test drive, but if you are in jersey you have to wear a helmet cause it is a motorcycle. Probably the funest thing I have ever drove. They are a little over 40K, not 100
