ok first off i have no reason to sugar coat things. i will admit where ia am wrong.
as of a couple months ago i had been clean from any new tickets for over 2 years. i had 3 points on my liscence when i got pulled over doin 63 in a 40 on New falls road by a bristol twp officer. i was on my way home to call St Mary's hospital. and my work wouldn't let me out any earlier the 3 so i had to hurry to get home buy 3:30. needless to say it didn't happen. well i plead N/G in hopes of beating the points. never got a letter from the twp and was just too damn lazy to call them. this is completly my fault. now i get found guilty and have 4 points added to my liscence so i'm up to 7. well after five you have to have a "hearing" with penndot. so that date comes up. Nov 16th.
here is where the problem is. on the 15th i was begged to work as late as posible for my company to get a job out the door and up to NYC and i said ok not thinking about the hearing the next day. well i ended up staying to 6 in the morning so it was a complete 24 hr shift. i never made it home i ened up sleeping in my truck in the parking lot and missed the hearing now i got a letter that says i have to send in my liscence imediatly but the my suspension won't take effect till Jan 7th. 2007 wtf is there anything i can do? any suggestions as to what might save me.
