TST tshirts are finished... pics inside

hey,
thanks to aaron we got a short run of shirts made in a variety of sizes. there are only 20 total and 3 are already gone, so if you want a specific size or style then dont waste any time here. as long as things go well with these we'll have some more made.
for right now i'm only going to sell these in person at the meets or wherever else. there are sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XL. all the shirts are white, except for one small pink one and one large red one.
there are two different styles... one with the angry piston text on the front and thats it, and another with the square TST logo on the front and the angry piston text on the back.
the cost on the shirts is $7 each. check out the pics below and look for me at the meet on thursday if you'd like to pick one up.

They fit good in my opinion. Me and kyle both have smalls on in the pics. They arent baggy style they are more fitting. Hope that helps! :thumbup:

i opted for a medium because the small was just cutting it a bit too close. i'm about 6' and about 165 lbs. the medium fits well, especially with a white t underneath.

i plan on getting youth sizes next round for the petite females... but the smalls might work too depending on how you want it to fit.
the small pink one is gone already... sorry. i definitely like the pink though and hope to have more made for the ladies who want to represent. i like how all the colors look so hopefully next round we'll have more options there as well.

If you're in high school and can snag about 6 ounces of plasticol ink, sure. Otherwise, probably not. The only place I know to get ink is in philly and the drive is horrible. The ink is richer but the process is 4 times longer.

white ink on a dark shirt isnt gonna happen any time soon. it requires a different type of ink and a different process alltogether and aaron isnt currently set up for it. i think for now we're going to stick to black ink and we'll get a variety fo colored shirts.

As far as the white ink, its like Bryan said. Its not that I'm being lazy, but I just don't have the time for it now. The operation goes very smoothly when you have the right equipment, but not when you're doing it in your living room. Good white ink is plasticol. Plasticol is an oil-based ink that needs to be heat-set. What that means for me is that I have to sit with a heat gun or strong hair dryer on each shirt and *hope* that I've heated them to the right temperature. If I mess up or pump them out too fast and do not heat the ink up properly, it will wash/flake off on the first washing.

However, I do realize there is a demand for them so I have been thinking about it. There is a professional place in the area that I'll get a quote from for shirts. Honestly it may be more cost effective to 'outsource', as the case may be, for dark shirts. I haven't completely ruled out the idea of doing them myself, but when I find out all that white ink washed out because I didn't bring it up to temp, I'm not gonna be happy. I'll see if I can buy a few ounces of white to experiment with while I'm at this shirt place (though I highly doubt they'll go for it).

Second batch is done. There are 4 pinks. Youth small, medium, and large, and an Adult Large. I funked the youth medium up a little. Its a bit blotchy, that'll be either the TST "what would you do for a pink shirt giveaway" or a scratch-n-dent.

Other than that, this is a very colorful batch with only a half dozen more whites.

There is only the "angry piston" on the front of all of them.

Next step is getting them to Troll.
