Cant change my picture

I'm not going back in time anymore, so I want to up a new pic. The process seems to work, however it reverts back to the current pic you see now.

I want to change it to that. I already made it a static jpeg in photoshop, but it fails at uploading to the tst server.

its 182KB well above the required 64k and its 160x160 instead of 100x100

No, its not the example I posted above. It was edited in pshop first which lowered the file size and dimensions. As you can see, it is showing up as registered on the site.

I think if its not to the size requirements, the site give an error message immediately.
