Your whites are pretty blown out, and the entire pic is yellow. I like the exposure but work on the colors in ps alittle.
yeah i know i effed up, i think im just gonna go back and reshoot the right way

Its not bad, and i think you can mostly save that picture in pshop.
well i dont know how to use photoshop, but if some1 wants to hack it up for me feel free
I fiddled with it a little bit but im sure someone with the right software could do better

Highlights are still clipped, but the color is better...

is that building new or something i never noticed it, is it taller than liberty 1?

Going to be taller than liberty place and is still underconstrcution.
what was at the lot before it started goin up
how long was that exposure. there so much noise up in there.
Try shooting in raw if you are able to.
i think the exposure was like 25-30 seconds long, but the f stop was really low maybe f/18. iso 200
