This Laser is my thrid car. My third DSM also. I started off with a $250 1g Eclipse Turbo Automatic that needed a head. Then I traded that to my brother for a 1990 Plymouth Laser Turbo 5speed. After about four months I sold that back to my brother and bought my current 91 Laser. My mods include a ported 14b turbo set at 17psi for daily driving, a rewired Walbro 255 fuel pump, urathain motor mounts, a crushed bov, a ACT 2600 clutch, and a stock exhaust with a hollow'd out cat. I bought the car for $1200 he was asking $2100. Sofar my Mods to date are.
$100 Safc2.
$50 FMIC.
$80 2.5 inch IC Piping.
$150 Kyb Gr2s all the way around.
$50 Srt-4 Drag Radials.
$200 rims.
$40 front and rear bumpers.
$20 Rear taillights.
$10 Headlight covers.
$20 Sideskirts.
670 That I put in. This is including all the apperance mods as well.
(yes, my car has more done to it then this, but that stuff was including with the car.)
Thats $1200 for the car.
1200 + 670?
$1870 not a bad price for a mid 13second car.
Then my head blew up.
