Well, I had seen this car sitting in the driveway of a family friend for months and months, and everytime I went by it I said to myself "is that a 240?" because, well I didn't know much about them then. I was never sure if it was a 240 or a probe, and I figured it was probably a probe because I hadn't seen like any 240's around my area before. So long story short, talked to the guy, and he gave me the car for $250.

When I got it home, I had many things to replace to pass inspection and what not. First to be replaced was the exhaust, it was completely rusted out. I went with a 2.5" BRM cat back with a 22" magnaflow resonator, and a magnaflow muffler, and some wheels I pulled off another 240 in the junkyard.

After that, I had the windshield replaced because it was cracked. (no pics)

Then one day I was bored, and sick of looking at my nasty flat primer gray wheels

so I decided to paint them, and this is what I came out with:

I am thinking of picking up a 240 for a project car. I would love a sr20det RWD car. looking forward to your progress.
