I had my old Escort's exhaust done at Competition Exhaust on rt13 across from the Burger King. They did a very nice job including calling me about parts before they installed them with a solid price quote. My only complaint was my muffler sat just a tad sideways but it was only noticeable to me/if you looked real hard.

My LX-E has aftermarket exhaust on it but I want to swap my Borla muffler on. Problem is the old exhaust is 2inch and this inlet is 2.25inch. It also needs to be extended as the muffler on currently is about 6inchs longer than what I am installing. So I'd need some extra piping and a flange or something. The Borla muffler has hangers and rubber mounts on it and locks right up to the stock position and is cleanly cut off and ready to roll.

I most likely will just go there again but looking to see if anyone knows anywhere else. I won't go to Low Cost because mty friend's exhaust was not done very nicely and the way they drive (whether it's their cars or customer cars) down the mini street where they are turned me off from them.

I could get it done for free but my welding guy does just that, welds. I most likely need a minor bend on the extension pipe and he's hard to get ahold of. He'd do it for free but I'll pay to get it done asap. Not looking to spend a lot of money and hoping to go and be able to wait there for it to be done as it's a quick job/I have no other car to use.

Thanks,

Seth
