I put on my injen SES today and just for ****s and giggles decided to dyno afterwords, but the results were pretty ****ing weird

first run

145.0hp @ 3001 RPM / 76.1 MPH
295.8tq @ 2408 RPM / 61.8 MPH

second run

145.3hp @ 2548 RPM / 65.2 MPH
307.6tq @ 2408 RPM / 63.0 MPH

is that even possible?

145 is slightly low but it depends on what dyno you where on.
Around 300 TQ is waaaaay off...

post this at nt.com and maybe someone smarter than me can shed some light...

How do you like the Injen?

it is LOUD as **** until 3000rpm then it's silent

I hate it, everytime I start rolling from a light it sounds like I'm zipping past at redline, then I hit 3000rpm and it's like my car shut off

its not there is something wrong with the dyno. You hit peak HP/TQ at the exact same RPM. Somethings wrong

2400 RPm at 60MPH is say fourth or fifth.

where did you dyno at? Looks like the spark plug wire reading got messed up. It happened to a buddy of mine, but his numbers wernt as drastic as yours

collingdale performance, closest dyno to me, it's a mustang dyno, so i'd really rather find a dynopack or soemthing

I can only asusme the hookup to the car to determine torque was messed up same kinda thing happened to my car at philydynoworks. BUt they realized the issue pretty quickly.

yeah, but from what i gather from the thread it seems like it was probably the kids fault ( he moved his steering wheel while on the dyno )
