Maybe it needs a good spanking?

So the headlights and stuff work? I would double check all the grounds.

if all the leads are good, did you bench test the fuel pump? the ecu might be bad also

i say u get a volt meter and check all the connections from the fuse to the ECU, then see wat connections have power and wat don't.

If your local, I may be able to come to where the car is at and help figure out what is going on. PM me or call 215-962-1423. My name is Jon.

well lets start off with what yer is your car is it s13 or s14. i found that some of the s13 powerplugs had the wires in the right plugs but in the wrong plasess on that plug. if its s14 check your wires to the f3 plug.

Could be a simple harness fusible link (75 amp IIRC) or something as silly as a bad harness ground. Remember the two in the engine bay behind the head, and the one up near the battery area.

Who did your wiring?
What Chassis do you have? S13 or S14?

Fuel Pump Wires: ( ECU sends Ground to turn on FP via fuel pump relay )
S13 Black/Pink in battery Area
S14 Black/Pink ( One of 2 wires that are black/pink on latching plug behind Stock ECU <M63 Plug> )

you need to specify chassis, Type of sr (de or det, 13, 14, 15), and it the harness the matching one for the engine? the harnesses are not the same for the different engines. Also which ecu? they are not the same either. Reason I ask is because I've seen peps in the states buy mixed n matched sets. You could always re-pin the harness. its not too hard if ya got the right tools. lemme know.

edit: just noticed the date. any resolution yet? if so then what?

I had the similar problem, i had power and all but the fuel pump wouldnt kick over. Turned out i had a bad ecu.
