Situation: You pull up to a red light. Opposing traffic has a green left turn signal. The road you are going to turn onto is a two lane road. Are the opposing vehicles required to turn into the left lane as they turn?

I.e. Whenever I pull up to this situation I will cautiously make my right turn(reading if anyone is trying to, in my belief make an illegal left turn into "my lane").

Just wanted to know in case I was doing wrong.

Turning right on a red light is equivalent to turning right at a stop sign. If there is traffic from another direction that does not have to stop, they have the right-of-way and you are required to use proper judgment when making the turn. If one turn lane opens into two lanes, there is no restriction unless there are lines on the road directing the flow of the lanes.
