One of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time. They really know what they are talking about and have great prices for all their work. I will only go to the dealer when I have to get the service packages done just so they have it on file for resale.

Also what is sludge?

Sludge is what the oil turns into if you don't keep up the maintainence. It will look like molassas. On my GLI if anything goes wrong a light of some sort comes on. I also work at a vw dealership and my fiance' is a tech here, so if ya have any questions, just ask :)
