Watch out! If you're observant then you already know where the police are hiding. State police also like to leave decoy cars sitting in plain sight on the GSP and NJT.

Don't they set up a lot of traps over around the entrance to the Tacony?

I haven't been on that site for a long time... Most of those spots are pretty dead on!

If you're on 95 headed towards Lawrenceville be careful! There's a cop that hides on the northbound side up the hill beside the big wooden wall as you're going around the curve before the Princeton Pike exit.

They are all over 195 in Jersey. All the way from Trenton to Bellmawr, watch out.

I'll agree with the cops all out, but did you mean 295? I am just wondering cause I never heard of 195 in jersey. I know 295 they will grab you by the ass in all spots, yet I still continue to speed on it.

There is a 195 in North Jersey, perhaps he meant I-95 aka the turnpike? I'm not too sure. Either way the tp and 295 are riddled by cops. If you drive either on a semi-regular basis you probably know where they are sitting.

I've spotted two Chevy Malibu's. Very stealthy with only very small strobes on the rear deck and lights hidden in the grill. Sure enough there are coppers driving them with all sorts of junk up on the dash.

I was thinking I've either been missing something or they really stepped it up a bit. After this thread, I guess I'm not the only one realizing its getting worse. Btw, one of these was spotted on 195, the other on 295, regular NJ tags.

<-- still trying to figure out why police prefer unmarked cars and hide in bushes. Their presence make people act orderly. Going unmarked provokes people into doing things they wouldn't normally do and instead they're just there to call you out on it. :thumbdow:

195 basically goes from where i live to the beach. it was the first road in jersey to go to a 65 mph speed limit, and from day 1 they have been very quick to ticket you, even at 5 mph over. i always keep it at 70 or below the entire drive. just enjoy the sunshine and know i'll be at the beach soon

Don't forget... 65 mph zones are double fine

Construction zone = double fine

Designated "safe" corridors, iirc double fine.

Last summer on 195 i had no problem all the way to sea side heights at a steady 85-90 with no cops in sight. I felt that 195 is like route 1 in pa due to the fact that everyone was doing 85-90 the whole way.

I live between Oaklyn and Barrington... :(

The cops aren't too forgiving around this area and like to hassle you. Be careful when traveling around this area.
