Ok i had a O-Blast SRT4 and now have a strong addiction to turbo cars. I sold it so i can pay off debt so i can look into buying a house and all. I have it all under control and lookin into buying a new toy and possibly a TSI, GSX or Anything AWD turbo. I have a decent amount a knowledge about cars since i've built a couple honda's and had done a lot of work to my old srt4. Im curious to know how much HP and u make out of a 4g63 turbo engine without having to do any internal work and how much can the stock trans handle? Also well what to look for when purchasing one. Now i have searched alot learned all about the 6 bolt and im lookin for a 1gen most likely b/c of price and comes with a 6 bolt. Also what r some good sites of forums to look into besides Tristatetuners? and r there any meets comin up? i'd love to see some of these dsm's in action.

Thanks alot everyone and i hope in a few weeks i'll be a proud owner of a DSM.

I'm making 400 awhp in my 2g w/ a 6 bolt with zero knock. Motor has about 100k miles on it. I've heard that they're capable of around 450.

Here are some forums:

http://nj.dsm.org

http://sjdsm.com

http://philadelphiadsm.com

http://dsmtalk.com

http://dsmtuners.com

And there's a link at the top of this Mitsubishi Tech forum that has a lot of useful links in it.

what no www.vfaq.com

Not sure what the max awhp you can get out of a stock 6 bolt but a stock 1g 7 bolt has made 567awhp for how long, I don't know. 450-500 awhp with a good tune and the right warning devices you should be good. This is also with a good engine w/ 164psi across the board.

Umm r those numbers with Stock Internals? Like stock rods, pistons and crank? Because if so thats pretty stout!
