i installed my Vafc last night after double checking all the wires and connection i took the car for a test drive. for some reason now i have a 7k rev limiter! how the **** do i change this. Ive taken the car to 7800 and never had a problem, before the Vfac. Im still learning the adjustments with it but every where i read on the online pdf, it doesnt show one adjustment for a rev limiter.

I don't remember the AFC having any kind of revlimiter setting.
Check for anything that says 7k anywhere. It could be something stupid. What are the VTEC settings?

Did you make sure it is set for a 4Cyl? I don't know if that makes a difference, but you never know.

Make sure you have the setting right for the motor selection. I believe it's number 4. (It's been awhile, I used a V-AFC on my turboed civic)
Try setting both hi and low corrections to zero. And set your v-tec to stock setting. My car went crazy at first when I was tunning mine.

the motor selections with the arrow going uo, its the right motor selection. Im just taking it out though tonight this is too much b.s. plus Ive talked to numerous different tuners all day yesterday and they cant figure this out, they said its probably a defective unit or sumtin because all the connectons are good but the vafc isnt suppose to have any controll over revlimiting. not only that but it reset yesterday when i was on the highway i held wot for about 30 seconds or more it changed the whole fuel maping, unless i was at 100% throttle, i watched my wideband go straight to 10.0, At IDLE even. so i had to start restart the car and it went back to normal but something is deffinately up with this unit.

can he beat 350 tuned and installed

I think it's like 600 or something like that. Neptune is far superior to a V-Afc tune. I would defiantly go with the best when it comes to a tune.

well neptune and chrome are basically the same arent they

I don't know much about chrome. I know that neptune has all the features of Hondata but is alot cheaper.
600$ includes dyno time too

so does chrome supposively. and 350 includes dyno time

neptune>crome

Chrome is a great program, Neptune is also, but honestly if you have a good tuner they are similar and Chrome is cheaper...Evans is aesome and worth the cost but if you don't want to spend $600 you can get Chrome and have JK Tuning tune it for a lot less He charges I think $125 for a Dyno and Street tune, and Dyno time is $100 per hours so for $325(2 hours on the dyno) at most you could have an awesome tune...

thats what im getting is crome pro, the dealer verzion. It supposively comes with a few more nice adjustments that normal crome doesnt.
