I spotted the Fusion/Fuzion supra down in wildwood roaming the streets. That think sounded so mean. No one would believe it ran 9.8s. I keep running around telling people it really does so don't worry.

Yea its Fuzion. The thing is so loud. You should hear it when its open downpipe, it sounds like 10 100cc bikes driving in a pack. He recently built it back up so I'm guessing that it is gonna run better then the time he ran last november. and of course people didn't believe it was a 9 second car, they're all jealous.

I just figured Id throw this out there now that hes being mentioned. Ive delt with Rich at Fuzion many times and I have to say he runs a terrible business. His attitude is very unprofessional and he doesnt seem to give a **** about people who arent spending large amounts of money. It takes im weeks to get parts, when it is quite obvious to me that he never ordered the parts to begin with. I many times walked in to nobody in the shop and he was run out of the door smelling of weed. Ive seen some nice cars go in there but it seems like any little guy goin in there he just trys to take advantage of them and basicly take their money. The shop doesnt open till 12 and many times I got there around 1215 with nobody there and end up leaving after waiting for 30 mins (I live in Jersey so a waste of a 40 min ride). This is a warning to anyone thinking of going to Fuzion, be aware.

nah not at all. Im 18 and the first time I was in there I was 16. Im sure he thought that I was some 16 year old idiot with a car. Yea I've heard him robbing people with prices. He gives me good advice, maybe because we've both had DSM's. I don't think hes too fond of Oldsmobile Cutlass' you tool.

I've heard some crazy stuff too. Although hearing it from someone who knows someone, who knows someone is not a good soruce of information. Anyway, obviously kornerk122 is not the only person that has had bad dealings with the shop.

It seems like they have some interesting shop cars as well.

I don't know who you are or where your getting this info at bro but if what you say is true I would have gone out of business long ago. Look around and tell me what other shops have been in business for 5 years with as many dedicated return customers as Fuzion. I will say that the first few years we were open I would help anyone who walked in the store with their car extensively. I would spend hours going over their setups, doing research, getting them pricing on parts, and this is before they ever spent a dime. I have saw too many of these people turn around and buy the parts that I suggested on ebay for me to do that anymore. Why don't you share exactly what happened and who you are so I may recall the situation.

The fact is that I have been racing imports since before it was called Import racing (1993) and have learned a lot over the years. I keep up to date on the latest tuning for each platform by working on them everyday and night not from reading about what some other guy did on a forum. People come to me because I know exactly what parts or upgrades they need to get them where they want to be. Unfortunately this reputation brings in so many people that have no intention of buying anything and just want to know the best setup for their car.

As far as our store hours go you are definately misinformed, we open at 11:00 not 12:00. However as indicated on our website www.fuzionauto.com due to race schedules and project deadlines we occasionally alter our hours. If you are coming from 40 minutes away simply call first.

Doug, First off what the hell is a pop charger?

second, you have come here multiple times when you first bought your spec V, I use to always give you advice and was always here for you when you had questions even though I don't remember you ever buying anything from us.

You only stopped when Dan left here to start FSM, sorry to hear about your car, maybe it would still be running if you got some more of my advice:lol:

short ram installed.....told me 250. Yes 250, i laughed while leaving, found a place 2 blocks away 50 bucks

Thats a straight up lie, no short ram takes more than an hour to install which is $70 (find me a cheaper labor rate than that)

And there isn't a place within 2 blocks of here that would install it.

The supra ran 9.8 last year on a stock long block with 264 cams with stock ecu.

This year we have a fully built motor, larger turbo, and direct port nitrous.

I don't see 8's being much of a problem.

That could be a bit costly also...Cigarettes aren't cheap anymore...I'm glad my money has been spent on other things all these years instead. LOL.

JWT popcharger, an air filter? Maybe your price was high because of the JWT part being so expensive.. I just found it hilarious of that sort of price just for a filter. I'm not ripping on your business or infringing on it.. I was just sharing a funny story. My car wasn't Dan's fault, he mearly put the turbo kit on a few years ago. The built motor popped on the dyno, the stock ecu fought with the emanage ultimate system too much. My car was actually at CARV2.. not with Dan.

But this is true, whenever I stopped in at Rich's shop he always was talking to a customer for a very long time trying to figure out their exact goals, and what they wanted.

i stop by Fusion every once in a while to shoot the **** with Rich and he's always been welcoming. Despite only ever buying a muffler years and years ago from Fusion, Rich has always been cool with me. He has invited me out to Supra events and whenever he sees me at a show he always makes it a point to come over and hang out (not just the "professional 3 second hi how ya doing as i'm walking by" hello)

Whatever the issue is that you may have with Fusion, that will happen at any shop. None are perfect, but I can confidently say that I've never felt unwelcome in Fusion
