What’s up TST, I just wanted to introduce myself, and tell you a little bit about my company and what we do. My name is Jim and I own JM Fabrications. We are a welding and fabrication shop based in Hatfield, PA. We have been in business for a little over 2 years now and we specialize in motorsports welding, design, and fabrication. The typical types of jobs we do are custom turbo kits, exhaust systems, intercooler’s and piping, rollcage and chassis work, and custom race parts. We have our own product line targeting DSM’s, however we are rapidly growing and starting to branch off to many other makes and models.

Our shop is just over 5,500 sq/ft and features many tools, machinery, and equipment. Along with our welding and fabrication services we also offer some machining services. We have a 3 axis CNC mill that will do most 2-D and some 3-D parts, and a 14x40 manual lathe for various types of turning jobs. Lastly we offer basic engineering services using Autocad, Solidworks, and Mastercam.

If that’s still not enough for you, we also work closely with a larger scale fabrication company in the area that offers services such as waterjet cutting, plasma tube processing, pressbrake bending with CNC backgauge, tube bending, shearing, and machining. Let us help you will all your fabrication needs!

Here is short list of some equipment we have:
-Lincoln Precision TIG 375 Welder
-Lincoln Precision TIG 275 Welder
-Lincoln Precision TIG 175 Welder

welcome, 2 questons
1: can you weld cast aluminum?
2: can you make a custom 4 inch intake for me?

1. Yes we can, its very dirty even after you clean it for an hour, sand gets trapped in the metal from casting. The end result isnt always the nicest but it works.

2. Sure can assuming there is room in your car for a 4" intake, just give me a call, email, or stop by next week and I can give you a better quote once I know what exactly your looking for.

Thanks,
Jim

I've been a customer of Jim's for a couple of years now. Top notch work and even better he treats your car like it was his. Jim did my roll cage, repaired some welds, and made some nice parts for the DSM community!

Damn, from what I have read ya'll are some good peeps. If I can ever come up with another mode of transportation and some extra loot to play with, I know who I may come to, to help expand your Custom Turbo installs.
