PM turboteg or get in contact with Mahlers engine service in collingdale,PA. they built Jc8898's (the car of the month) 2.4 race motor. they do extremely good work.

I do not know of anyone local that can do a sleeve job correctly on the honda motors. I know a lot of shops claim they can but your best bet is to send it out to erl or Golden Eagle
