I can't do the whole breathe-through-your-mouth idea.
I can do it with those SCI-FI looking full-face ones...but the second my nose is closed up...I FREAK OUT!!

the navy seals have some system that doesnt blow bubbles so they wont be detected, not sure if this guy is using one.

I do a ton of snorkeling in the summer when there are no waves, it's so much fun. Belmar has some fun stuff... sunken ship, artificial reefs, plenty of places for fish and huge crabs to hide out.
I'm interested in diving but never looked into it seriously... it's definitely some cool stuff.

they're rebreathers. lots of photographer divers use those so the bubbles don't scare away the fishies

Lang's Ski and Scuba on Olden Ave. I got certified there a few years ago. Great people to work with, and they organize a lot of fun dives off the Jersey shore. IE: wreck dives, etc... I recommend looking them up and giving them a call.

i haven't heard of them. i'll have to look them up.
and i'd like to get some practice in jersey shore water before i try it in caribbean waters (I go atleast once a year). It'll probably be a breeze going from 20ft vis to 100ft vis lol

Criz would recommend A1 in Trevose. I am in the middle of trying to find a place where the hours are good with my work hours. Then I am getting open water certs and moving on to advanced open water. It's something I always wanted.

I want to look into this a little more. I was thinking of A1 in Trevose, but I haven't had the time to stop in there.

I forgot about that place. I used to drive by it when I worked for Toll Brothers.
