What the hell is an IAF and does it really do what they say? Will I get better MPG inthe winter time? Will I need to go back to the stock airbox in the winter season?

Here is the full list of intakes for my car. Which one is better? I Just want an ebay one not the AEM or Injen 200+ dollar systems that are point in point identical to the ebay ones

Buy the one with the rainbow on it. Man, they all look the same to me... See if you can find one with less bends with a straighter path the engine.

I would never put that air filter on ANY engine..If you are going to buy an ebay kit, at least throw a K&N filter on the end of it..I wouldn't be surprised if your engine sucks peices of that filter right up..
Although Injen is a good company...in all honesty, I wouldn't put more then $200 into it.
I think you will be greatly disappointed. I'm surprised no one else has told you this.
I would actually save the money for something else. You said you wanted to make it more peppy.
Chances are you will feel nothing from a CAI. Even on V8s you don't see much of a gain usually.
As far as winter time, if you do get one, it can stay on all the time, filter too.

yeah honda guys were too dumb to spend $200 + bucks on a brand name piece of piping...
they got ripped off when motors would make like 1-3 hp.
just buy cheap piping and get a good quality filter like i said.
long time ago i had the filter fall apart and sitting in the wheel well

Alright bud, thats cool if you think you are going to feel something, I hope that you do, but as you read, I'm not the only one who thinks you wont.
I had a V6 stang and didn't feel a thing with my CAI. Even with my 05GT, it had to be retuned to really feel any gain.
I was just giving my .02 and tryin to help you out.

Adding an aftermarket intake will not make your honda any faster. It will make the engine louder and you will THINK it's faster. But it's not.
Even the most highly tunned N/A honda use the stock intake. The just swap out the filter.

Exactly what i was thinking, and was going to say, if you could manage just buy a nice filter and get it to work on stock piping, i have seen that work for a few people.

What kinda filter? See I always thought that because the filter sits lower and away from the motor it stays cooler, so thats better. Also, what little things can I do to make it a bit more peppy. I never take it past 2500RPM anyway and coast most of the time, so maybe I should just work on looks.
