No idea, tried calling them, but they weren't around.

I think they open at 8:30am. Usually get the first car going around 9. I'd call to be sure.

oh that sucks i won't be able to go now :( . i got reserves until 4. but that question is still standing.

ok i'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but they cant tune your car if you dont have any tuneable engine management or anything like that. turning a boost controller up or down is hardly tuning and certainly doesnt require a dyno.
dyno pulls and tuning are two different things, and i think they are only doing dyno pulls (no tuning) on this day unless you make other arrangements.

i shouldn't have mentioned the boost controller. i meant like engine management and the like. because i once remember someone did a pull at 180ish horsepower and they did "wot" tunin and he ended up with 206ish hp. i have no idea what wot tuning is. so that's what i was asking about.

wide open throttle... which is just having the pedal to the floor. thats how all dyno pulls are done. you can only tune engine management if you have tuneable engine management... through a piggyback ecu, or a standalone ecu, or if they were set up to reflash yours which they most likely arent.

Keep me updated on this. I'd like to run my car, and I know some others do as well.

Any plans to revive this dyno meet?
And unless there's another Xotic motorsports, the Xotic I know is in Cochranville, out in Chadds Ford area. I'm not sure where York came into play?? Are there two Xotics??

Dyno day is on Saturday the 5th. Their website says Cochranville so I guess thats where I'll be. jc8889 and I are goin down. I'm not sure if he is running though...he might but I'm not. Planning to be there around 11am. It probably will get busy really fast.
Anyone going?

didn't go, but my buddies did.
1 car broke 300whp. ONE. It was a camero SS with super huge tires. Did in the mid 300's.
An Evo MR did something line 220 whp. Almost smoked its center diff doing a dyno run with the E-brake on.
He couldn't recall any VW doing over 200 whp. There was a turbo VR6 there, but it was pinging, and misfiring, and had a tail light out, and the owner was sorta cold from wearing the manditory vw guy wife beater and emo hair. ;)

My buddy was there that day and said he drove a 350whp STi... I think he said it was black

A lot of people talk big hp for the club meets but very few rarely have it. You can usually count on a random evo or sti puttting out right around 400. Every once and a while a supra may show up and put down some sick numbers but other than that everyone seems to be in the ~300 +/- range.

ha ha, yea they do... i'm looking to have a few runs on a dyno in a few weeks... i'm aiming for the low 300s at the wheels for what I have now... I need to get a fuel pump and injectors to do anymore with it and be safe about it

Same here. It's amazing how quickly we can max out our stock fuel system.
Chris
what is your injector duty cycle peaking at? I usually hit 96-97%, but it doesn't hold there, which is a relief...
