From the Philly Region event this past weekend (8-12-06) at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen, MD. I finally have the suspension settings balanced again and the car feels amazing! I'll have more videos for the rest of the season now that the wedding is over with. And if I win out for the remaining 5 events, I'll take the STX championship. Wish me luck! :D

nice job, but boy thats alot of body roll...

Umm...at what point? If you're referring to the "Peeing Dog", that's just a natural nature of a rear beam suspension, not "body roll". Only time I get any kind of real body roll movement is under extreme turning/braking at the same time, such as the hard left before the finish. And even that isn't that much.

I'll try to bring my "A" game to this next event. I left over a second out there last time because I wasn't focused (I blame it on my parents coming out to see what its all about ;) ).

Maybe if Fineburg doesn't show up again I can claim first this time...

This Sunday at Warminster Community Park. ;)

Yeah, I need to bring my "A" game also. Last event I was in 1st up until Andre's last run and he finally pulled that clean run and beat me by 0.06 seconds! Stupid WRX's with AWD on wet pavement!

Of course, I'm sure it would have helped if I hadn't spun out on 3 out of 5 runs. :o

Dude we were parked next to eachother all day. How did you do. I had a crapass best of 42.3? Appearantly Boeing is not the best beginner course.

Hey, what's up! I wish you had said something we could've chatted!

My best time was a 36.533 on my last run. I coned my first two, and then dropped a couple of 36.5's. I'll have some video and pics up in the next few days.

And don't worry man, you have to start somewhere. You've got the right car to compete in STX. It's just a matter of time. ;)

BTW, results are up from Boeing. ---> http://www.phillyscca.com/solo2/results/2006/SO100806.TXT

I did take pics of you cause I recognized the car, but it wasnt my camera, it was jspek's. So as soon as he goes through the pics, I guess he will post them :)

I think all you need is a helmet, and it is like $35.

i think if it's your 1st time you only have to pay $25 then after that it's $35.

And if you become an SCCA member ($70 a year) then each event is $25. You also don't NEED a helmet as they have loaner helmets on site. The minimum helmet requirement is an M2000 helmet, but if I were you I would pick up an SA2000 helmet as it meet track day requirements also.

And can't wait to see the pics, hurry up dammit! :p
