Even though the instructions are pretty straight forward, I really dont want to mess anything up. Anyone want to help me install a MBC?

Wow, I am not asking for advice on what it does or a technical question. I am asking for help to do the actual install. I dont really understand why it was moved

Watch out for Part Throttle Full Boost. It causes a serious lean condition and has been the death of many Subaru motors.

it is quite a simple install, there are plenty of diagrams on the internet to clear up any confusion. One line goes to the waste gate, the other to a boost source

BTW a MBC on an EVO 9 has been a ?VERY touchy situation, alot of people are having problems, and many suggest the use of an EBC.

I have a 9. I was only able to find one diagram, but it was good enough. The boost is set to 1.5 bar. It only took 2800 miles for me to loose my warrenty. lol

nice **** what color is yours?

I just finished my clutch god damn that was hard, do not launch your car repeatedly or you might need one sooner then you think

Silver, only cause it is an MR though. If they made a MR in electric blue, the car would be blue. I am really debating on painting it, but I am affraid that the resale value of the car would drop too much

How does the MBC work?? Does it fluctuate??

works great. doesn't fluctuate at all. The only thing that happened and it only did once while tuning it. I hit 1.4 bar for a second and then dropped to .7 bar. I dont know what happened and it only did it that one time. right after it happened I did another pull and it spiked to 1.4 and held 1.2~1.3. I LOVE IT. The best $50 anyone could spend
