I don't think so 1)he's going to have a much better lawyer than they will and 2)those guys were very clearly harassing him. He tried to avoid him and they kept following. Then they pulled a bat out which I believe is considered a lethal threat within 20 feet and can be responded to with a lethal force. The worst case he'd have to return the camera.

I was followed by some guy in a truck once. Kind of scary but I took him to some mountain roads and lost him.

And my mom always asks me why I like sportscars so much, hahaha.
